Hella Jalapeño
This beer is SPICY!!! The Hella Jalapeño is always brewed with fresh jalapeños (hence the name) and either served straight up or red. With a refreshing pilsner taste with lots of up front pepper flavors and a backend burn for the finish, this beer is truly a unique experience and worth a try for any fans of spicy drinks. This current batch of the Hella includes loads of fresh jalapenos, habaneros, Thai Chili's and even Ghost Peppers. Did I mention this beer is Spicy?

Sidecar Sessions
Made for the Valley Cup competition, this beer was a strong contender and only lost by 1 vote. It is very clean and crisp tasting beer which makes this great for the summertime. Session beers tend to be very light and refreshing, and ours is no different. We had a great time making this beer and it brought so much joy to us for how many of the locals loved it.

Rye Open
Made with Rye malt you won't be surprised that this beer really does taste like rye. This is a whole bodied beer that just gets better with each sip. If your wanting something not too heavy and not too light then this is definitely the beer to get.

Single malt and single hop is what a SMaSH beer is. Using only Maris Otter grains and Chinook hops, this beer features a bit of sweetness along with light easy drinkability for those long hot summer days.

Hop On Lets Ride
A great floral and non bitter IPA from our list. This semi-sweet IPA is very mellow and easy drinking, brewed with minimal grain, and 5 various hops one of which is dry hopped for 7 days. This beer is great for after work drinking.

Kick Start Kölsch

Da Beer
This new test beer was added to our rotation late spring. It is a great beer for those cooler cloudy days, and has a rich medium body. A little more on the malty side, this beer is a great one to take home and have with dinner.

I Pee Jameson
We all pee ale at one time or another. Our Amber Ale need we say more? This is our I Pee Ale supercharged with Jameson Irish Whisky Soaked oak chips added during fermentation. This beer is Valley Famous and is likely to go quick, come and get a pint of it today!
